“A long wait is almost over!”
A long wait is really almost over for this house construction project we have with the Lawas family. After months or a year of working out with their paper requirements, despite that Japan government policy and strictness to cooperate but we still happen to make it to the realized the project! Many are the unexpected things had happened, but what is important is that, God is there to help this family to make their dream house to be concretely came true through our assistance and service and with God’s accordance, of course!
As of to date the Lawas House Construction project for its development, we have done the following works:
- Completed concrete pouring for the second floor slab
- completed beaming for the ground and second flooring up to the roofing
- completed CHB filling
- Completed plastering
- completed skim coating and
- water proofing for the firewall and roofing
- completed partitioned interior
- and ready windows and sliding door areas for glass works installation
In short, this house construction project is on the near architectural designs and scope. We will be having these interesting works soon to make this house to be a great home and to be proud of, by the owner and the people surrounding them. This would not be just a house, but an achievement of accomplishments as well for the Lawas family to be thanked with God and their perseverance, humbleness, exerted effort, and faith that their once dream of having their own house to live, will come true.
We are happy and proud as well to be part of their dreams, and that, we happened to follow their life stories and even became more willing to assist them to make their longed HOME to be possibly pursued despite everything. And really, the long wait is almost over for the Lawas family and for all of us, to make this house to be a HOME in a near period!
