Project Update for Gran Europa Project
It has been for months since we have been on operation for the project in Gran Europa. And for now we already on it’s almost completed ninety percent of its development. We did our best to reach its construction development for now even a midst encumbrances we got through. As for the details of the improvements we did, we have the details below.
Master’s BR
We are done with the structural phase of the building. The skim coating has done with the complete masonry works as well of its moldings. The paint colors and its combinations as well are all set on the attic and second floor levels. The ground floor is done with its first coating already with its paint colors, as well as the built-in cabinets.Even the nook bar is on its lively color and wonderfully set-up. The drop ceilings are well-designed and are now enticingly ready for the chandeliers chosen by the owner. We already installed all the pin lights and the other requested lights by the owner. For the electrical works, we are only in need to finish the main entrance line to be fully done. All the doors are installed properly with the completed set of every toilet & baths. The fence is done and the masonry decorative requested has completed. The metal gate also is almost to its hundred percent. We will be finishing the masonry works of its garage area, though we already installed the tile-steps for the area. We will follow the basic landscaping on its remaining land area in front.
After we have the finishing touches for its paints ceilings, lightings and plumbing, the house would be called, a great home! We are really on the pick of fulfillment for this project to be done so soon! We are thankful that, finally this would be finished accordingly.
