CDO HOME BUILDERS & DEVELOPMENT CORP PROJECT UPDATE for this time is for the one we have in Golden Glow Village. For four months of building the house project, we come to this level now, wherein we are almost near to the finishing touches and architectural works in the interior phase of the building. We already finished the masonry works for the total house structure, as well as its plastering level. We already finish with the partitioning of the interior and that, the plumbing and electrical works are also almost done.

PROJECT UPDATE for almost 90%

We are now done now with the septic tank and ready to move this time on the ceiling drafts and designs as per request by the client to make the interior more livelier and beautifully presented.And we are happy to finish it that way! As for now, we are almost 90 percent of the ceiling design on the ground floor. We will be  finishing this designs as soon as possible. The flooring are already concreted and ready for the tile works soon. Also, we set the kitchen slab concreted to be ready for the finishing with its built-in cabinets soon. All the windows and doors are ready for the glass installation. We already started the decorative stone works on the front phase of the building.

We are excited and happy to say that, finally, this house of the owner will be finish  as expected.
