House construction update for the Zen model house

Hello month of June! It has been two months long of operation on site for the Solana, Jasaan project we have for Snyder family! And we are proud to have to share this house construction update for the Zen model house along the beach! Weather was never been so good to us, but thanks God that there’d been always a way for us to continue our work on site. As for the work accomplishments; we already reach the 30% of the construction for one month of working. And on the succeeding month, we already reach the 60% of it. For the detailed scope of works, which we already done are the following;
- total structural or framing works of the building, including the strengthened foundation
- concrete pouring of the first floor flooring, the second floor slab and the roof deck
- filling of the hollow blocks from the foundation up to the interior partitions from first and second levels of the house
- concrete pouring of the main stairs
And for what is on going, it is the plastering of the exterior fort he entire building. We will be having this first to cope on the rainy weather for this month of June and next month; also for us to be continuesly have our work uninterrupted. Many would are the improvements to be for the end of this month of the next month. We will update you all the soonest we have done those scope of works too! We are thankful that despite the circumstances we encounter, we still can work with this project with easiness and concisely have each scope done with the the help from Above!
