Solana House Construction Update

The month of August has just started and we have this great news for all of our readers, regarding the modern design house we have in Solana, Jasaan! We came to this level of completing this project to its architectural. It would be challenging yet enjoyable for us to have this level be done accordingly! As for the site update of this project, we have the following this done:

Actual photo update

• complete structural facade of the house
• competed plastering of the entire interior and exterior
• completed framing
• completed concrete pourings for all the first, second and the roof deck flooring
•  completed steel works for the stairs, railings for terraces and on the roof deck
• We are also on the first stage of painting works, which is the skim coating of all the walls or plastered areas.
• Metal furring installation on the ceiling and its designs on the expected areas.
• also on the carpentry works, we already started the kitchen and and the rest of the bedrooms cabinets.
• and as what agreed with the owner, we just started the extension of the master’s area. It is now on its nearly done masonry works.

For the incoming work updates for this project, we will be posting those so soon. As for now, we are happy with the development of this project which made the client,as well, satisfied of their beach house would be. It is our great pleasure to have this project on our count; and that, we were given a chance to showcase our services.
