As part of our vision and mission,we do accept house extension or renovations. It is undeniably, inevitable that we will be having fellowmen, who would be needing our assistance on this field. Thus, as one of our satisfied clients, we have this started House Extension Project. The concept for this project is to have an extension with complete finishing and aura of its terrace. And we are glad to have this project to be done with these couple and family of Dr. Rito Nangcas! As for the record, this project is in PN, Roa Subdivision.
We started this project on early September, 2013. And we have the following scope of works done: excavation, footing, concrete pouring for the main foundation, steeldeck and steel reinforcement preparation,concrete pouring for the slab, roof trases welding works and we now are ready for its main roofing to be installed. And we also made a bit of changes and improvement works on the interior area connecting to the terrace. We put an extended slab and will do have welding works for its baluster and isle to be.
We will be having this project finished on this November, for the Nangcas family ,as well to celebrate their awaited birthday to come! We are happy and excited to have this be a an exceptional one on the area. This might just a house extension, but for sure, this would be also an extended happiness of every Nangcas family member. As what they shared to us, they ever wanted to have this house project be done as soon as possible.
