OSHDP & HUDCC Fourth National Convention
In line with the housing problems and concerns the government is facing right now, numbers of organizations or group of businessmen and professionals are making actions to have each concern to be heard. Among of the organizations are the OSHDP or Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines and HUDCC or Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council. Both are in one thought of making and bringing our country to its peek improvements in living, through having affordable and reasonable shelters for every Filipino.
Just last August 28 and 29, 2013, OSHDP & HUDCC Fourth National Convention in Marco Polo Hotel in Davao has conducted. It was prepared with the theme, ” SAPAT NA PABAHAY PARA SA MAUNLAD NA BUHAY”. This was participated with diverging delegates, along with the OSHDP members. The delegates are also from different scales of housing and construction businesses. A lot of things and national concerns as well were being discussed and mainly the housing problems for every Filipinos.
Numbers of big developers participated like the PHINMA developer and ABrown. Also remarkable and honorable individuals who are part of the convention discussions were there like, President “Noynoy” Benigno Aquino,Vice- President Jejomar Binay, Mayor Duterte and Congressman Benitez.
And among the serving officials like in Dr. Felixberto Jr., National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NMHFC) president; Atty. Wendel E. Avisado, HUDCC Deputy Secretary General;Rolando G. Tungpalan, NEDA Deputy-Director General; NHA Engr. Carolina Angel; HLURB Atty. Antonio Bernardo, SHFC Eduardo Manicio and a lot to mention topics and personalities.
