For almost done scope of works we have for this project, we have reached to the its nearly completion and perfection of works.Though this is just a house extension project, the owner never made this one as easy and taken for granted. They know well the true essence and importance of a true and lifetime investment for their family, which must surely be durable, secure and well-made of! As for this house extension update, we have the following works done;
We are completely done with the structure of the entire project. We are also done with the roofing, gutter and steel works for the terrace railings and the stairs. The carpentry works is already done with the completed masonry scope of works for both the terrace and the garage areas. We already installed the tiles for the main terrace and the garage, as requested by the client. Even the electrical works has been done with its lines and bulbs. The only to be done work now is the painting. We have started this and soon to be completed this week. The target time for this project would only be for this week. We will surely update you all regarding this soon!
